previous phila officer shot
The officer shot on castor ave in phila. Gentleman had been arrested for murder but the charges were dropped. the gun is in police custody with the gentlemans" fingerprints on it. Charges dropped! Iwonder if the family knows?

They got the shooter. He is dead. You can't charge a dead guy.
