What's the current best CCW permit combo?
I always recall it being Florida, Utah, and Virginia. From looking at recent maps it seems that Utah is the best by itself. Virginia however, will give you New Mexico, but far more importantly it will give you Delaware. Assuming Kane doesn't find a way to ruin things further...(and anyone who's seen Under Siege 2 knows about assumptions. )
The other states left blocked are Oregon, Nevada, South Carolina, and mostly states that hate the existence of Pennsylvania. lol
What combos do most people have?

Delaware is revoking reciprocity with Virginia, effective December 7, 2013. http://attorneygeneral.delaware.gov/...dweapons.shtml

Other nonresident permits that be received through the mail other than the ones you mentioned are Arizona, New Hampshire, possibly Maine, and possibly Connecticut. Utah and Arizona have simpler and less expensive renewal requirements.
It all depends on where you plan to travel....and they have a plan...

At the moment, the only upcoming travel I have OOS is Nevada, which seems to be a pain to get. Although I heard something about Arizona working for it, but I haven't been able to do research on it yet.
Previously most of my OOS travel was to NJ and NY
The occasional sojourn to RB excluded.

I have PA, AZ and WA.
You must apply in person for WA, but they do send it to you when approved.

If you're in the Tacoma area, local cops or sheriffs don't seem to want to do it. They send you to the LESA (South Sound 911). It was an easy process. Fill out form, get prints taken. No photo.
Got it in the mail back here in PA in about 3 weeks.
That was about 3 years ago.

An Arizona permit is not valid in Nevada. Nevada has recently changed its reciprocity and has become more restrictive.
