*Registration is required for all courses by appointment. Payment in full is required by cash or check at the start of this course. Students who bring their own handguns must bring their own ammunition. We have a limited amount of guns available and we will supply ammunition for our guns. There is no fee for using our handgun but we require reimbursement for ammunition at our cost.

The course will include breaking down and cleaning your handgun (or the one provided); loading, unloading and clearing jams as well as a Safety Orientation. We will also discuss what to look for in buying your first handgun. If you bring your own gun please bring the original box and manual with you as well as 100 rounds of target ammunition. We will supply cleaning materials and targets. You will need to bring hearing and eye protection!

Students will be shown basic standing positions; grip; proper sighting and trigger pull. This is an up close and personal experience with our trainer, an opportunity to learn and enjoy the sport as well as self-defense and carry options. If you never fired a handgun before or want to find out what it is like… this is the opportunity to try it!
