Carrying weapon in NY

I have a permit to catty concealed in pa am I able to carry one concealed or in my car in NY??

Unless you're taking about concealing a cat. Then carry on. You may carry cats concealed or openly in New York State.

No, Pa is surrounded by states that we do not have reciprocity with. Carrying in these states can land you in a lot of trouble. New York is one. It's good that you are researching where you can and can't carry before doing so. If you want to find out which states your ltcf is good with, check out the map at the link below.

But in NY the cats must be declawed if you plan to carry it concealed as for your firearm no chance in NY

unless you are passing through, the starting point and ending point of your journey is legal, and the weapon is unloaded locked in the trunk... and nothing would prevent you from being legally able to own such weapon... you cannot legally have your gun in your car in NY (or any state that doesn't have reciprocity with PA)
