Up there, you want a realtor who is dependable and trustworthy with good local knowledge. Some of the communities have some less attractive qualities that you wouldn't know about just by driving thru and looking at houses.

I agree to a point, but I always like the additional option of seeing it for myself and researching it for myself too. If there is bad information to be had, it seems to be almost always available on the internet!
