New to me HK P30 in .40
Found a lightly used P30. I haven't owned an HK before, slightly out of my price range. I've bee trying to work with a Glock 23, but the grip just isn't comfortable. Follow up shots were slow, accuracy is good though. I like the grip ergonomics on the P30 and the 50 rds I put through it were more like a +p+ 9mm.
Follow up shots were easy.
Sold the G23, and the P30 is going to be my new carry pistol.

Re: New to me HK P30 in .40
Good for you. Not too many will argue it's one of the finest pistols made, today. My wife and I just sold a near matching set of Colt 1911 XSE's that we decided we weren't going to use. She's going to use part of that to pick up an HK 45 this weekend. I didn't even have to talk her into it. She saw, she held, she drooled...end of story. She actually saw the thing at a show back in June and almost bought it, then, but I talked her out of it until we got rid of something we don't shoot. HK money doesn't grow on trees.
BCM and Glock...for a bigger pile of 'cold dead hands' brass.
