Oh I understand. Question all you want. It's humorous watching you whine.

Don't kid yourself... the only reason he did any of this was to get his hands on weapons he otherwise would never be able to. It wasn't for the safety of the boro, it was purely for personal gain. In fact... he used his power as chief of police to make the ultimate straw purchase, although a legal one.

It's even more humorous to watch you assert that a police department has second amendment rights.

Asked you to cite the part of our constitution that gives police, as the government institution right to posess and use full auto weapons? I see...

You say he doesn't need these weapons for his police duties as a one man police force, maybe he's just getting prepared to protect his town from the hood rats and druggies from the big cities like Philadelphia and New York that are moving into the county by the bus loads. Maybe he's just being proactive.

Now that makes sense. However, I believe he deputized several hundred citizens. Who are armed and Im sure few of them legally possess full autos. So the only machine gun wont really be that significant i that situation and twenty fifth machine gun wont really make much difference. Not as much as Kessler's abuse of authority. Liberals love that too. For the good of the people, of course.
