    Default AK Pistol Pseudo SBR

    Hypothetical situation as I saw something like this listed on GB. Could someone add a muzzle device to an AK pistol to make the barrel legal rifle length, tack weld it in place, then add a buttstock without going through the SBR paperwork?

    yes, provided the extension is "permantly attached" (blind pinned welded, Hard soldered, or welded) 1 tack doesnt cut it, and it must be 16+ inches. you can find fake suppressors and such just for this reason.
