Open Carry in Luzerne County

Had anybody here Ever OC in Wilkes Barre are? I wanted to try and yesterday but like the situation been getting so crazy on the area I just preferred to conceal.
But still I want to try and see the reaction.

I mostly OC near Kingston and near my home. Often, my OC is because I'm too lazy or hot to put on a cover shirt.

I hear WB is more OC friendly nowadays. There is a WB officer on the site that may contribute his thoughts.

Also, the WB chief is a gun aficionado. He knows more about guns and loading than your average department all put together- great guy and 2A supporter.
