    Default Pheasant hunting ?

Pheasant season starts soon. Me and the boy have a pair of Remington 1100's, a big box of shells, our licenses and were missing 1 piece of information.

How many rounds are you allowed to have in the gun when pheasant hunting? I looked through the book and PA hunting websites and I'll be damned if I can find it.

On a another note what exactly is a manually operated semiautomatic shotgun? The Turkey rules state that you can use a semiautomatic shotgun as long as its manually operated.

Thanks for the info in advance!!

Three rounds total in the gun, it must be plugged so that is only holds two in the tube and one in chamber

For turkey, small game, and upland birds you can use a semi-auto shotgun or manually operated shotgun.

Somehow there must of been a typo if that is what you are reading.

5 of us put up 14 birds without a dog. We got 2.

My brother (14) got his first pheasant. This is his first year hunting.
