Gunlawyer001's Firearms Law Workshop - II
The Philip G. Kline Advanced Firearms Law Workshop Series
Session II
The Advanced Firearms Law Workshop Series is designed to inform and educate Pennsylvania gun owners. It’s delivered in three segments of up to 4 hours each, starting at 1 PM and ending by 5 PM. You can take 1, 2, or all 3 Sessions, each stands alone:
* Session 1: Pennsylvania law I- Buying, owning, carrying and disposing of guns
* Session 2: Pennsylvania law II - Self defense & related issues
* Session 3: Federal law- NFA, GCA, Brady, Lautenberg, etc.
Each Session combines a syllabus-based lecture interspersed with questions from the participants. It’s very interactive, but participation is entirely voluntary. We do NOT do any role-playing, trust exercises, or anything trendy. Dress is casual, responsible gun possession is permitted, quiet children under 16 may be brought along at no charge, kids 16-21 are half price. Anyone who is disruptive will be booted out; it’s never happened, but we like to have the option.
The basic fee for each session is $65 per person pre-paid prior to the day of the Workshop, or $50 per person for groups of 2 or more pre-paid at one time. Some locations charge an additional guest fee of $10 per person, that will be announced ahead of time (no surprises at the door, in other words.) Walk-ins are accepted on the day of the Workshop if seating is available, at $70 per person. We encourage pre-registration, it helps in planning and with printing handouts.
To enroll in a scheduled session, contact my office. Cash, checks, money orders, or credit cards accepted.

I expect that we will have some time to discuss the double shooting in Reading, where the citizen attempted to detain two armed robbers, who pulled guns on him, and he then shot and killed them both. How far can you go with that? Let's discuss.....

Would you sell a dvd recording of this or another workshop? How about joining via Skype?
Its too far for me to join.In order to get intelligent answers you must speak intelligently.

Re: Gunlawyer001's Firearms Law Workshop - II
We looked into the Skype thing for a Pittsburgh session; if there was enough interest to set it up, and we could get true interactivity so that people with questions had a real shot at asking them right away, I'd be up for it.
I may do a DVD, but I hesitate because it's a passive experience. The real value of these has been the interactivity.Attorney Phil Kline, AKA gunlawyer001@gmail.com

Greetings,
Hope to see the crowd from session 1 again tomorrow. BTW, I posted in the old thread about an after course dinner in Hellertown. Anyone interested? It's just a few minutes down the road on 412, OC friendly as well. Guess we can play it by ear. See ya'll then.
Regards, Jim
