Default Who else has not been shooting?

I have not been out to any range in over 6 months. Between working and taking care of the family and other functions,I have not been able to get out to the range and come to think of it now the price of gas and ammo has hurt the wallet.Has anyone else been tied up like me also and have not had time?

I must say on a side note that I read this site just about everyday and I think that is what helps me from going insane without shooting.

I'm a little seasonal. When the weather is nice, my range time slacks off a bit. Winter and dog days of summer, I'm more diligent.

I or should I say my wife is making up for you. Since the handgun class we took, we're burning a half a case a weekend. Didn't help that my son and I put together a home range and it's only about 60 feet from the back porch ..........

Her new G19 has to have 1500 round through it, jeez ................

I'd be shooting daily if I had that.

it must be nice to live out in the sticks where you can have backyard ranges... meanwhile we have to pay 200 a year for a range or club membership in/near philly ... that's a case of ammo in many calibers.

Haven't gone in a couple months. I'm planning one more trip before I finish school, and then nothing until I get my car back at the end of the summer/get a full time job.

quit making me jealous... on another note... i noticed you are near Pwuxy (mapquest is awesome to find out how far a town is from yours)... i went there for the groundhog day celebration... that was nuts... they didn't want alcohol or weapons on the knob, but people had alcohol concealed in soda bottles and in cammel backs filled with beer/wine/mixed beverage. i heard that there is nothing to do in pwuxy but go to church, go hunting, or go to the bar. Dang if you were in the poconos or east of harrisburg, i'd be begging you to let me come over and shoot sometime...

move closer... i'm not driving 5 hours each way just to go to a range. now if my buddy wanted me to drive him out to pittsburgh to his family's house to pick up his firarms and i was crashing at his place out there, i'd run it by him to see if he wanted to go to a range to shoot.
