    Default FFL in Reading

I found a good deal on a used firearm, problem is that it is out of state and I need a FFL to do the transfer. Does anyone know of a shop or an individual who could facilitate this and the cost?

I found a gentleman in Douglassville to do the transfer. Great price ($22) and professional service.

You should at least let us know the guys name. There are quite a number of us in and around Douglassville and someone that fair deserves all the business we can throw his way.

He operates a home business and does FFL transfers on the side. Very cordial man and doesn't make you feel like an annoyance for doing a transfer.

Cool Stryker. I really appreciate you updating this one. Maybe we can push some business his way.

Great! I'm sure that he...like I....appreciate every transfer he gets to help someone with. You should have him get signed up here. Always great to have contacts across the state.

Good honest shop, 15 minutes outside of Reading down State Rt. 625.
Have purchased several over internet and out of state. Will only charge for the paper work.

I have heard some excellent things about Kerper's, and it's like 5 minutes from me.

I'm afraid to go, I'll come back broke.

I just found another FFL near Reading. Rob will do transfers for $20 plus the $2 PICS fee and plus an additional $3 if the firearm came from PA.

He operates out of his home/shop in Birdsboro, which is located just off the exit for RT 724 (Shillington/Birdsboro Exit #10) off of I-176.

He had no problem faxing a clear copy of his FFL to the out-of-state FFL and called me the day the firearm arrived. He was quite enjoyable to talk to and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

Rob's also a gunsmith and does custom AR type rifles, Glock Service, trigger jobs and glass bedding. For repairs to any firearm, he charges $35 up front and then just the cost of the parts. Rob's a certified Firearms Instructor too. I was treated very fairly and I expect you will be too.
