Pennsylvania doesn't have recall votes except for townships.

Representative Gibbons was trying to get a bill passed to allow recall elections for any elected official in the state. While I don't know for sure, I believe he first introduced the bill after the whole "Recall Corbett" wave started.

I understand that. The call is simply to make a point using the recall of legislators who were in areas that obama won by 20 points.

Besides, he's not listened to his constituents in the past, maybe he'll listen to the results of others who ignored their constituents. Can't hurt to call.

I don't mind picking on Toomey... but why aren't we calling Casey as well?

The CO election was won by both Dems and Republicans

Because at one time, Toomey PRETENDED to be Pro-2A.

Casey is guilty of pretending to be pro-2A as well, which certainly helped him get elected.

By his own admission, it was after "talking with his wife" post-Newtown that he changed his stance to anti.

He also used the "talk with the wife" to change his mind on gay marriage.

Did citizens actually vote for his wife to lead PA? Seems so.

(BTW...on the issue of gay marriage, I am not condoning nor excoriating it. The State has no business in managing relationships, IMO. Nor does the Federal government. But the law is the law...if it's prohibited now it must be enforced...AG Kane, do you understand that?)
