This course is designed to give owners of the AK-47 intimate knowledge of their rifles and the skills to make use of the most common military small arm in the world.

After the successful completion of this course the shooter be able to:

Demonstrate safe weapon handling.
Identify the general characteristics of the Kalashnikov rifle.
Zero the rifle.
Disassemble, clean and reassemble the rifle
loading/unloading/reloading.
Perform a status check.
Know proper nomenclature.
Be able to define trigger reset.
Perform a function check.
Demonstrate at least 3 shooting positions.
Perform multiple transitions to pistol.
Identify and clear malfunctions.
Load/Unload/Reload
Perform a tactical reload.
Dry fire exercises.

In addition, the shooter will have solid information to make proper gear selections.

Minimum Age: 12 with parent
