Hi

When it comes time to have the CLEO sign off in Lehigh county, do you drop off the paperwork or do you wait for it while its signed? Any advice towards this process is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Depends on how your CLEO wants to handle it.

I took my paperwork to my local Police Chief and he looked over/signed my papers while his staff took my fingerprints that needed to go along with the paperwork. In and out within 15 minutes.

Meanwhile the Lancaster County Sheriff's Office said I could get the sign off on the paperwork for a $20 fee.

Just call Josh Prince and get a Trust...makes things more hassle free..

You didn't hear? Obama just told ATF to draft regulations that trusts and corps need LEO signoff and fingerprints - retroactively.
