Taking pictures of me while riding my motorcycle
Well since it was a nice sunny day in Philly I decided to take a little ride down around the city on my triumph with my M&P for a companion. I have the M&P in a safariland bianchi leather suppression holster (I like it) on my strong side hip iwb, so it wasn't even open carry except when the wind lifts your shirt up as you ride. On said ride guy was taking pictures of me all the way down Kelly drive (should have posed). On the plus side no one followed very close and it was quite relaxing. Anyone else ever have someone take pics of you?

Re: Taking pictures of me while riding my motorcycle
Just to hijack the thread a little, IWB on a motorcycle. I ride, too, probably 10K miles a year, sometime with full suit usually with jeans. I worry about IWB or OWB if I drop the bike because of the gun contributing to injuries, ribs, kidney, etc. (I know, don't drop the bike! But it happens). I carry a smaller piece in my jacket pocket when I ride.

I will ride OC and CC (depending on weather) and other than a couple odd looks while at red lights, I've had no issues. It is funny watching the double takes that drivers on my right make, every now and then I hear the wife laughing and saying "did you see the look on his face?".

Re: Taking pictures of me while riding my motorcycle
Just a few years back we ran over a confused forest rat one time, bike washed out, stuck on the edge of a cliff. We went over. TN Deputy says it was about 90 feet down, they had to pull us up with a rope. No personal damage, as we were dressed for the event. Helmets and the bike had some scrapes but it was fine. Had a different J frame at the time, IWB, no damage to that either. Probably surprised him when we got back to the top and took off our helmets, and he saw a couple of grey-haired old grandparents... Jumped on the bike, waved to the nice Deputy, off we went.
Over in Pisgah NF? Been a few years. This trip we were south and east of that, Bryson City.Last edited by FJRMarty; September 1st, 2013 at 11:36 PM.

I'm sure whoever took the picture will be posting them to their facebook page.
Pictures taken of me, I wasn't carrying at the time though.

You can see the grip of a 1911 sticking out of my sob holster if you look close.
