Is it possible to convert a right-handed bow to a left-handed bow?

I have a friend that has a very nice used right-handed bow. I am left hand/ left eye dominated and I want to see if it was possible to change out the sights or somehow modify the bow so it would be left-hand? Does anyone know if this is possible?

The arrow rest is a mirror image left handed to right handed shooters. So, I suppose if you swapped out risers. The limbs and everything else should be the same. This isn't a do it yourself project. Unless you have a bow press.

Edit: The string guide may also need replacing depending on the mfg.

Just a ballpark figure, how much would the modifications cost?

I have no idea.
Depends on the bow mfg.
Could be a couple hundred on up.

You need to find out the exact model. Call the mfg and find out if a left handed riser is available. Then find a good bow shop to swap it out.

IMO unless it a real expensive bow that you are getting for a song, it's probably not worth it.
