Re: NO GUNS at the Bloomsburg Fair
I wonder if the NRA booth will still be there?

Re: NO GUNS at the Bloomsburg Fair
It would be funny to rent a booth under a cryptic name then open it as a pro gun group.

Re: NO GUNS at the Bloomsburg Fair
My first response from the sec.
"Mr. ____, the pennsylvania state police informed us no guns.
Rod."
I spouted a quick response back asking how is this PSP call to not allow guns, and if they are so pick and choose at different venues such as gun shows, and asked if they will not be holding gun venues on the fair grounds
not expecting much back in return
Here is my original email:
Mr. _____
I am very disheartened to learn about this year’s change of policy not allowing law abiding citizens to protect their families and others from those who wish harm upon us and see this as an attack of our Federal and State Constitutional Laws, especially since there has been no recorded incident of gun violence at the Bloomsburg Fair, according to Bill Barret, but yet there has been incident of knife violence at the fair.
Being an Alumni to Bloomsburg University, as well as other family members, the Bloomsburg Fair has been a long standing yearly tradition, however, I am sad to find out that this year my family nor I will be attending or patron the events. I will also be sure to spread this news across many 2nd amendment activist groups and various online communities, making aware of the illogical decision to ban guns from the fairground in attempt to curtail our rights.

Re: NO GUNS at the Bloomsburg Fair
I'm thinking we should make some calls and emails. In the Press Enterprise (local paper of Bloomsburg) article it said "Anyone with complaints
can call Mr. Barratt at (570) 387-4155"
As posted earlier more below:

Re: NO GUNS at the Bloomsburg Fair
The statement, "When you outlaw guns only the outlaws will have them", couldn't be more real with this ban!!!

Re: NO GUNS at the Bloomsburg Fair
Don't stop at not attending the fair....cut off all interaction and revenue. No more Bloomsburg gun shows. That would get their attention.
Let us hope for the best, but let us also prepare for the worst.
