Two Day Defensive Pistol II

This course is two days long (9/21, 9/22) and builds on the skills of Defensive Pistol I. In Defensive Pistol I, participants learn the basics of using a handgun defensively. In Defensive Pistol II, participants will learn further their skills by experiencing shooting under adverse situations, including disoriented or injured (simulated, of course) shooters. This course covers materials seldom taught in any other course or setting and puts to the test the skills of the participant. Both days are spent entirely on the range.

Review of Skills Learned in Defensive Pistol I
One Handed Firearm Manipulation
Shooting with Flashlights
Practical Scenarios Adverse Shooting Positions
Injured Person Drill
Disoriented Person Drill

Required Equipment:
Pistol
2+ magazines/speed loaders
Range-appropriate holster
Pouch for spare magazines
Sturdy belt that can support the weight of a pistol and spare magazines
250+ rounds of ammunition
-If you cannot bring 250 rounds due to the cost/shortage of ammunition,
contact the instructor and we might be able to work with you with the ammo you have
10 rounds of dummy ammunition
Hat, Eye and Ear protection
Documentation of Clear Criminal History


Cost: $250 /person ($225/person if household members attend together)
