Default Christie vetoed final 3 bills

Chris Christie flat out vetoed the .50 cal ban and conditionally vetoed the other two stripping out the worst of the bill. The fat man gave me some hope. He's still Rino dung though.

I have always wondered why people would focus on banning .50 cal rifles. Who ever gets killed in the U.S. by a .50 cal ??? I could see if it was the preferred weapon of bad guys....but really ???
    Don’t like me ???? Tough, I don’t give a flying f@@k about ya.

    You mean killed by cops?

No crime has ever been committed by civilians with any firearm chambered for .50 BMG in US History. Rifle, machinegun, kit semi, whatever you got. At least, that is my understanding. Maybe something slipped through the cracks in 1920 or something.

Antis will say they have been "found" at locations that cops decided to kill everyone, such as Waco, Texas.

At $5.00 a round I don't see too many .50 BMG gun fights occurring between crips and bloods in the near future.

I didn't realize Christie already hired a campaign advisor for 2016.

That's the problem. Liberals can say that kind of stuff because they avoid the facts.

Sometimes even the worst of politicians listen to Reason.

Still, I have this disturbing feeling that he would "grow in office" given the opportunity.

The whole reason for the 50 BMG ban was to help reinforce the idea of "need" and "necessity" for owning a particular firearm.

The 50 BMG is a specialist long range firearm. It's heavy, unwieldy and loud. If people want to own one, what of it?

NJ2AS, ANJRPC and others have been fighting these bills for the last seven months. We'll take whatever victories we can achieve!
