Trying to get my FFL in North Huntingdon, help?

I am attempting to get my FFL for home, and I am getting some slack from zoning. I am told that I need to pay 300 dollars to get a hearing to beg for a special exemption for home occupancy. Do you know some one to speak to get help? I am no lawyer and dont want to mess up. Also I did a FFL search in nht, and found at least 3 people with ffl in their homes with a north huntingdon address.

I'm not familiar with FFL rules, but maybe stop in at Bouldins and talk to Doc or Joe. They may be able to help you.

I live in Penn Twp. and the best way to get any head way on what you need to do for the zoning board is to talk to one of the zoning board members (president) or talk to your commissioner on how to approach the zoning board. That's the way the people in Penn Twp. are doing it.
