    I like shooting my K and N frames,but I love shooting my "L" frame 686-1

    I hear you. I often overlook my L frames. In terms of size, strength and weight they may well be the best .357 S&W has ever made. The L frame I like the most is one that I don't have, a 581. I had one in the late 80's that I really liked. Like so many other guns from those days, I wish I still had it. It is high on my want list but finding one in good shape is proving difficult.

    These will have to do for now.

    My 28-2 wearing Cokes (I got 'em, so why not).



    And a California Department of Corrections turn in 64-4.

    And the first handgun I ever shot, an H&R Sportsman 199. In 1960, I was 3 years old...

    That picture right there is priceless, thanks for posting. The 28 with Cokes is awesome, very nice collection!
