Botach does not have a good rep in the industry. The usual complaint is that advertised items may not be in stock, that your payment will be readily accepted but delivery could be delayed by months. Complaints of being lied to are common.
I have never personally purchased anything from Botach, so do your own due diligence, maybe a Google search or two.

I've made 2 purchases from them, both on clearance items, and haven't had a problem.

I have, though not a huge one. I ordered a red dot sight from them and they emailed me a couple days later and stated that it's only available in camo even though they advertise it being available in black. Not a big deal, but damn, update your damn website! The amount of time they spend dealing with pissed off customers could have gone to getting their website updated. I have two of three other small orders from them and had no issues. They seem to have good prices on P-Mags.
