O/C sighting

Today about 1:30 I was at dollar tree at kendig square in Willow Street and was about three people behind in line he had a small revolver on his right hip. He left in a white work van. Anybody from here?.

Ive been seeing quite a few more around lancaster, mt.joy, etown area lately. at least 4 different ones in the last 2 weeks. I see 1guy always walking around mt.joy with an xd at appendix owb in a shitty uncle mikes holster. looks uncomfortable as hell bure power to him if hes good with it.

I've never seen anyone other than me OC in my life, other than gun shop employees, at a range or a rally.

For what it's worth, I've never seen anyone OCing here in Blair County.

I've seen four in the wild in & around Pittsburgh in the last year - at a Sewickley convenience store, on a guy on a bike leaving the Wexford SGL range, New Alexandria Sheetz, and downtown at the arts festival.

Outside of sporting goods stores, meets, ranges, or even random encounters with people I know, I've seen at least two in the last 5 years. I thought there was one or two more but I only remember two at the moment.
