Rockchucker Users
Curious- do you use the press for priming, or do you hand-prime? POB

Re: Rockchucker Users
I no longer use any of my single stage presses for priming. All hand primed. I do have progressives where I use the priming system on the press.

Used to, but went to one of these a few years ago.

Re: Rockchucker Users
Most of the time I hand prime, but I do use the press on occasion. I usually do my brass prep and inspections in large batches. To save/make time I will hand prime a 100 or so while watching TV.

Re: Rockchucker Users
I use the Rockchucker for almost all rifle rounds and the large handgun rounds I load. I use a Lee hand primer for priming the cases after tumbling the resized cases. In the progressive, I use the press to prime those cases-the standard pistol rounds I load.

Been reloading for over 22 years, all priming is done with the press.

Re: Rockchucker Users
For rifle, I prep a pile of cases and hand prime, then load small amounts as needed.
For pistol plinking, I use a Lee Classic Turret and prime on the press. Not looking for great accuracy, just trigger time.
