The method of operation is to private message you and tell you that you should contact such 'n such person at a given email address.

Please report the private messages. Staff will ban the offender, and I will implement an IP ban. Unfortunately these scammers are using VPN/proxy services, which may mean your VPN/proxy may be blocked.
Attention! About VPN's and foreign IP addresses.

When signing up, do so from a US based Internet Service Provider. Turn off any VPN/safe-browsing feature. Failure to do so will result with your new account denied.

If you run into a IP ban afterwards as a member, again - turn off your VPN or switch servers. We do not ban legit Internet Service Providers from the USA(exception for certain individual IP addresses). Free VPN's tend to get banned too. We try not to ban legit subscription VPN services, but they rarely label their IP blocks correctly.

If you run into an IP ban, it likely wasn't you.

Anyone ever OC at the Schuylkill County Fair?

I was there last night, wanted to OC, but decided to CC instead, because I didn't want to risk spoiling the night for the family. I do not recall ever seeing anyone OC there before. I couldn't find anything about weapons on their website. I didn't see any signs when entering the fair. Anyone OC at the Schuylkill County Fair?
