Fugitive Recovery
I'm wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction for breaking into the fugitive recovery business. From all the research that I have done it looks like there are no official requirements or regulations in the state of PA.
Would having a PI license help my cause? I have looked into getting a bail bondsman license just for the simple fact that I could then operate on the both sides of the spectrum as far as bailing defendants out and also returning them if the abscond. Right now though with my credit being the way it is I'm not sure they would issue the license.
I currently work three jobs, I work for a small security firm as an area supervisor, armored truck guard and also work armed security for a military base on the weekends. I have my certifications for OC, baton, PATH and my ACT 235.
If anyone has any information that may help me or others regarding this, it would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
