First Time LTCF
Hello friends,
New on here and I must say all the information provided has been very insightful.
Applied Tuesday for my ltcf in Allegheny co by mail. Question is regarding the background checks. Have a paraphernalia charge back from 08, that was withdrawn by the court. I have applied for a couple of jobs since then. Once hired the employer gave me a copy of report. It reads nolle prossed/withdrawn, non conviction.
Wondering if any could give me some thoughts on what to expect in regards approval or denial.

If the charge was dropped you really shouldn't have any issues unless the Sheriff pulls character clause bullshit.
