I don't propose any new laws for firearms or bars the current ones will suffice. The management reserves the right not to serve anyone for any reason. I can remember an instance when I was meeting a friend for lunch at the Drexel Ale House in Newtown Square. I was there first and my friend walked in the door from the sunlight into the darken bar and bumped another patron because his eyes hadn't adjusted to the dark. The bar tender refused to serve him alcohol because he said my friend was already under the influence. We left and went across the street to the Graham Tavern so he could have a beer with lunch. I know he hadn't had anything to drink before he got there but if the bar tender or manager says no alcohol then that's it and it's their right to do so. The owner or management has say over their property.
