custom leather holster makers near the lehigh valley?

I have a friend who is interested in having a hip/drop leg holster made in leather for his 10" barrel S&W .460 performance center revolver. I say hip/drop leg because the gun is long enough that even with a hip holster, it needs a strap near the bottom to wrap around the thigh to keep it from bouncing around.

Anyone know someone in the lehigh valley area who does good custom leather work for holsters?

I don't know of any names but I do know they are around. At the Kutztown festival there was probably 3 or 4 that did really good work I was checking out their belts. Have him check out Allentown fair possibly or Bloomsburg fair in Sep.
