    Default Sporting clays

I am looking for a place to shoot sporting clays that is open to the public. I have been going down to DE to shoot with some friends but wanted to find something closer to home in Ephrata. Thanks for any suggestions.

There's a clays club in Hummelstown that is open to the public every Sat. or Sun. morning, $25 a round I believe. I know Hershey Medical Center held a charity shoot there earlier this year.

Friedensburg Fish & Game Association in Pine Grove Pa has sporting clays 2 times a month.
They are located at 169 stone mountain rd. Pine Grove Pa 17963
The property is not far off rt443 east of Pine Grove.

I have not shot there in at least 10 years, so I can't give you any details on the shoots. If I remember correct they used to take you out on a wagon if the stages were away from the club house.

According to the schedule I cut out of the paper (back in January) its the 1st & 3rd Sunday of the month. Most of the 3rd Sundays they appear to have 100 bird shoots.

If you decide to go send me a message I would like to give it a shot (pun intended) again. I know I will not be able to go in August.

Blue Ridge Sportsman and Carlisle Fish and Game shoot every Saturday with Hummelstown and Elstonville shooting every Sunday.
