I know that all the pavilions are available on August 31st at Warwick Park (near Rt 100 & 23)? Cost would be $50 for a Chester County resident.

Make a reservation, have a picnic, talk about PAFOA stuff.

Why not invite the Chester County Sheriff too?

This would be $50 for each participant? Or $50 to secure the location as a group? Sorry, not trying to be cheap, just on a tight budget right now. I work that weekend but will see how things develop.

$50 total to rent a small pavilion at Warwick Park.

Call the park @ 610-469-1916. Ask for your date or other open dates. Send in a check or money order. Come on the date and have a picnic. Charcoal grill, basic electric, and water at each pavilion. No real details other than the original renter are needed.
