I would like to good feedback for Gschmell on our transaction yesterday. He posted a for sale ad, answered questions about it promptly and was able to meet at a mutually acceptable location. (Kings in King of Prussia is a great place!) It was a very smooth transaction and a nice guy to talk to. A very good experience.
