Juniata Sportsmens Assoc 3-Gun Match, Sept 15

3-Gun Outlaw match, 3 pits, 6 stages. Save the date - Sunday September 15th. Check in 9:30, range briefing a 10:00, hammer down at 10:30AM.

Our Club is on route 333 between Mifflin and Port Royal, PA, easy access from 322. About 45 minutes drive from State College or Harrisburg.

Will post more details on round count/ammo on this thread as the stages get finalized.

Taking advance registration. Limit 21 shooters, (3 squads of 7), as this is our first run.

This is interesting, I did not know that there was any competition at that range. I live over the mt in Perry Co and will try to make it over. What sort of scoring, and what are the rifle shots likely to be (long range?)?

We're working on the final stage setups, but should be roughly 60 rifle, 50 bird shot (7-1/2 or 8 shot), 6 slugs, 75 pistol. Bring extra to be safe, re-shoot, etc.

Using IDPA targets, clay birds, using Time-Plus scoring, with some time cutting "bonus" targets thrown in.

Longest rifle target is 200 yards.
