Default "At A Boy" to my Kid!!

Long story short, my 17 year old son is a clerk in a local pharmacy/retail establishment in town. He comes home and says a fellow open carried in the store tonight. A couple of the employees became very concerned and were preparing to activate the panic button. My 17 year old said to them the man is breaking no law, not acting strangely and all is ok. The man was with his dad and mom and were actually there to pick up prescriptions as well as to buy merchandise. Glad my 17 year old has been around firearms, been trained and stays abreast of the laws. Moreover, since he was eight years old and spending time at the range as well as being around others with firearms was able to spot a proper carry. No panic button hit and no issue. Proud Pop here!!!

All your hard work just paid off. Congratulations!
Glad to hear he had enough sense to diffuse the situation.

When a 17 year old has more common sense than seemingly every police officer. Your a fantastic parent for raising your kid properly.

Would a county be too much to ask? Sounds like you don't want to give the municipality.

Two of the other staffers were considering and ready to. I do really think if my kid was not working, they would have.
