Clayton's will let you shoot your AR. They are in Horsham on 611.

French Creek Outfitters has an AR for rent and it didn't sound like a .22 last time someone was shooting it.

I've heard rumors, and they are just that, RUMORS, but scuttlebutt is the old grocery store in Trappe on Ridge/Main St. might be turned into an indoor range, pending variances and other issues...

When I finished my rifle I asked them if they allow ARs in 5.56 and they said pistol calibers only (up to .45).

That would be AMAZING. I'll have to keep an eye on that.

I took an AR in there a couple weeks ago and they said ".22 only, right?". I verified that I had a conversion kit in.

$30 a year for a SGL range permit is a bargain
3 round limit, but so what, I just load a bunch of mags with three rounds each

Speaking of which, the abandoned Phoenix bowling alley building at 23 and 724 would make a great indoor range; it would cost quite a bit to retrofit it, but all that space and distance between businesses for noise would make it an ideal location. Just some food for thought...

I pass that place every day, not sure how abandoned it is.
