I'm a new guy when it comes to pistols, but i got myself a Glock 29, just something to take to the woods with me.

I love my 29. It is a very versatile platform, with loads tailored to either 2 or 4 legged threats.

The Glocks are nice pistols, and always go BANG - be respectful of the trigger safety, always point it in the correct direction, and be glad that it's a GLOCK. They ain't pretty, and you really can't dress 'em up, but they ALWAYS put out !
    I love mine dearly.

Congrats! I still haven't experienced the legendary 10mm yet. One day!

Great purchase, now take your 29 out for lunch at Underwood Ammo. Buy something hot for it to eat.

    Enjoy and be safe.

Congratulations! I just got my first Glock also. Haven't shot it enough to be comfortable carrying it yet though. SAs are new to me, in general. Getting there.

I see you just started posting here. Stick around! You will learn so much, even if you are an experienced shooter.

What kind of holsters do you guys use ? I just ordered a Soft Armour. I like the fact that it has a pouch for an extra clip to carry.

Crossbreed Supertuck, but I also use a Glock magazine pouch to carry a spare G20 magazine.

You want your spare magazine on the opposite side, if you need it you grab the spare with your weak hand. You might even think about a 15 rd. mag for a Glock 20 as your carry spare.
