    Thumbs up Re: Trop Gun

Family members were camping near Hershey so went to see them. While I was in the area I decide to stop of at Trops. It was my first time there and I gotta say that is a cool shop. They got everything. The knives selection is something you don't see at alot of gun shops. After browsing, I picked up 2 cans of ballistol and a small ammo can. Good prices on both. Also saw they had a sale on Mossberg 500 w/ pistol grip. I almost bought one but decided not to. Next time I go there I'm gonna bring more money.

Quite possibly my new favourite LGS. Cant wait till they open the new place.

Great selection, fair prices, and excellent staff. Was up this past Saturday to do a trade, and got hooked.

Just left Atlantic Tactical in NewCumberland PA. 9mm, 40S&W, 45 ACP in
stock, matter of fact, Cases on the Floor. Winchester white box, 230g FMJ
$17.90 plus tax per box or $179.90 plus tax per case. No limitations. Sorry
that I did not get the prices on the 9 or 40. per box and case. The cases
were 10 boxes (500 rounds) on all three calibers, Winchester. The 9mm was
    blue box, ranger FMJ.

I love Atlantic Tactical as much as the next guy, but why is this in the Trop's thread?

I stopped into the new store yesterday, and was very impressed. All the employees were friendly, and attentive, and there were a ton of them around. Great selection of guns, and ammo. I don't think I've seen as many AR's in one place before. The prices seem to be fair also. Maybe not the best, but within striking distance.

I had a bad experience with Trop in the early 90's so never went back. It seems that all the employees are different, which is a good thing. Did they change ownership, and/or management in the last 20 years?

They changed owners a few years ago IIRC.
