Question about renewing CCP
I have 3 very young children so it's pretty complicated getting out of my house and taking them to the courthouse to renew my concealed carry permit. Can I renew it online or by mail?

Re: Question about renewing CCP
Thanks... Very helpful. A total pain in the butt, but worth it in the end. Especially to keep my three little ones safe.

Re: Question about renewing CCP
That's nuts...
The only thing they (may) have to witness is your signature. By that you are "certifying" the info on the rest of the form. Even that isn't specified on the application form.
I know the DelCo sheriff's instructions state that the form is to be signed in the presence of the clerk and that seems reasonable to me since it shows that, at least, you were the one to attest to the certification at the bottom of the application.
