Springfield Armory 1911 Micro Compact
Is this pistol still hard to find in the two tone color? I've searched the forums on here, and the post are all very old...I own one, an am thinking of getting rid of it, but if its a rare piece, i'd prefer to keep it..any help on this?

you don't see the micro around much but you do see a good number of the EMP's. i saw a micro on gunbroker for 700 but didn't bother to check if it was used or new or if anyone had placed a bid.

Re: Springfield Armory 1911 Micro Compact
I have one of the original two-tone (stainless slide, black frame) and I love it. Just put CT laser grips on it. My wife gave it to me as a birthday present when they first came out. It's my EDC amd all that's been required has been cleaning and the replacement of the recoil springs every 2K rounds or two years. I wouldn't sell mine unless I needed to eat.
