Thumbs down Bottlenecks and Rodano's in Wilkes-Barre

Walking around downtown Wilkes-Barre this past weekend looking for a place to eat, the gf and I came upon Bottlenecks and Rodano's.

Both of these establishments have the same sign posted at the entrance:

    **********

    NOTICE

No guns, knives or weapons allowed on premises

    **********

Needless to say, we didn't spend a dime at either establishment and instead went to Smokey Bones over by Wyoming Valley Mall. No signs posted there, the food was very good (even for a chain establishment) and the service was adequate. They even comped us a drink because the waitress was a little slow bringing it out.

In all, I hope no one else visits these places.
