What was the issue?
Were you told the FBI was slow getting thru your fingerprints - and so you must wait until FBI gives the all-clear to ATF?
The FBI reported that you didn't send them prints - ore that the print set was unusable?
Lost your prints?
Regardless - all you can do is find out exactly what the ATF wants from you and comply. And then as you note; wait... and wait and wait.
Glad I didn't need the money from my NFA sale for a heart/lung machine - I'd be shitouttaluck.All of my guns are lubed with BACON GREASE.

That's a "good sign" - if you can believe it - that the ATF was close to finishing.
Once the FBI gets off the stick, it should go quick. My sale was held up due to addressing issues on the F4; once corrected the xfer went off in like 2 weeks.

This is why I suggest to folks who make the "irreversible" SBRs to seriously consider their actions. Once a full-tilt NFA - selling in a financial emergency becomes problematic. Lot bigger a process than selling that Hi-Power to pay for some critical event... Just sayin..
