Form 1 chief signature question.

I live in Yoe borough and was wondering if anyone knows who I would get to sign? The police dept here is York regional.

Hasn't there been talk of getting rid of the signature rule? Never followed up on where it went but may be worth looking into if its in the works.

The Chief LEO signature is still required for individuals. You could get the the regional police chief, York County Sheriff, or the York County DA to sign off on it.

Has anyone had the chief at York regional sign off on the form?

just go to the courthouse, $18 and they do the prints there and will call you back when he signs your papers
