looking for a new place

hey guys and gals,soon my landlord will be selling his property,and I 'll be looking for a new place to live(rent),if anyone knows about a small house,nice trailer or something ,please feel free to post it to me or e mail me at blackskull45@yahoo.com,I will appreciate it a lot,I wanna stay near here,but anything in the area is welcome,thanks my friends for your help in advance..........

You did not ask this, but in case it may help you, with the real estate slump now it is often a better financial move to buy, as the mortgage payments can be lower than rent. There are first time home buyer programs that can put you in a home no money down, and very little cash, no more than the initial first, last and security of rent.
In Pike there are many smaller homes that are going under 100k. An officer I work with and her husband recently got a 2 bed 1 bath on a 1/2 acre for 95k in move in condition. The payments are $100 to $200 a month less than rents in the area.
