    And they can serve as a wake-up call to expose the weaknesses in your training. If you fall apart mentally in an IDPA stage your score suffers. If you fall apart in a real-life situation, you or someone you love may die.

    I've shot 3 IDPA matches so far. All three have been a great learning experience and a hell of a lot of fun regardless of how frustrated I was with equipment failure in the last 2. Best 15 bucks I've had with my pants on.
