After 8 months of open carrying, I saw another open carrier!

Wal-Mart in Trexlertown..I was in a rush to get home but I had to say something. Just casually got into his field of view and said "I'm happy to see someone else supporting the cause." My wife and the lady he was with seemed to have a quick giggle. He and I fist bumped and went our separate ways.

Only posting because it was the first open carrier I've seen, not because it was a Craigslist type 'missed connection'

Yes, it is quite rare to see another OC'er "in the wild." I've only seen two or three. Strangely enough, while I OC at least 90% of the time, literally every time I've spotted another OC'er, it just happens to be on one of the rare occasions I am CC'ing.

Good to know there are a couple of other open carriers at the Trexlertown Wal-Mart! I'm there once every week or two, so hopefully we'll cross paths at some point!

Maybe I'm used to seeing open carriers here in Allegheny county and I don't even get out that much. I see these threads I think, "Who the hell cares?" I've been open carrying since I started carrying.

We don't need a new thread every time an open carrier is spotted.
