Wrap your hand over the top instead of pinching the slide. Those low slides keep the weight down and help with flip.

Hard to beat the CZ as a DA/SA gun. Not as easy to mod as other guns, but you can get an excellent trigger if you know who to send it off to. Highly reliable as well.

Thats how I rack the slide on my guns now so shoudnt be to much of a problem. Is the trigger not that good on it or were you just throwing that piece of info out there for me?

My choice as well. I had one for awhile, I think I paid something like $370 for a used one. One of the guns I regret trading off the most. It's also convertible to SAO in a few seconds if you swing that way. I had mine when a good holster was hard to come by with out going the custom route. I know I did. You really can't beat them, especially for the money.

I think the trigger is pretty good stock, I believe he was saying it could be made exceptional. It's no 1911 out of the box, but show me a DA/SA pistol that is.

The trigger on one is actually quite good IMO. Getting a super tune is what Lycan is probably referring to.
BCM and Glock...for a bigger pile of 'cold dead hands' brass.

Sorry, RWB...we posted at the same time, otherwise, I would have just left it be.

Yeah, the trigger is decent. Add the combat hammer and it's a rival for a good 1911. I've put a couple in, but not many people are versed in the CZ.

    have a Beretta 96 A 1 , great pistol , IMO , nice trigger action .

recently picked up a Sig P226 , not enuff rounds down range on it yet ,but so far , fantastic trigger action ..

neither are CC for me, way to large, waaay to heavy ..
but great guns both , IMO.

S&W 59 series or 69 series! I have one of each-- accurate and reliable as hell! I will never get rid of these. Heavy yes but hell...run out of ammo and just pistol whip 'em! Big fan of 3rd gen S&Ws. I'm sure sigs are great tho but save some cash for mags, ammo & sights and you can't go wrong.
