Default What out of state permits are still valid?

Someone PM'd me that the Arizona one isn't valid anymore or won't be soon. That was what I was going to get. So what options are left?

    Is there a list somewhere?

The current reciprocity agreement with Arizona, like Florida and Virginia, specifies that Pennsylvania recognizes the license for only residents of that state. http://www.attorneygeneral.gov/uploa...ement_2013.pdf

Reciprocity with Utah is statutory (no separate agreement), though Utah now requires a license from your state of residence if Utah has reciprocity with your state -- which Pennsylvania does..

The agreement with New Hampshire has no residence restriction, but you need a license from some other state before you apply.

To answer your question simply, there are no non-resident LTCF options left. You must now obtain a PA LTCF to carry in PA if you're a PA resident.

If you claim residence out of state, have a LTCF issued by that state, and that state has a reciprocity agreement with PA then you're still OK.

I was not aware of this. So great, now I have to jump through Philly's illegal loops, or just decide to forgoe having a LCTF at all and carry illegally.

If somebody lives in (this is just an example) VA, but has a Utah non-resident ltcf, can they carry in PA?

Or move to a part of PA that the rest of the state doesn't want to get rid of.
    1776 or 1984? - You decide.
