Glock reassembly - gone wrong
This is a new gun for me. I just cleaned it. I put it back together, the way it came apart. I'd done it before also. But this time, it ends up looking like this (see muzzle).
If I try to release the slide now, it won't release. It won't move forward enough to come off.
Any ideas? Thanks.

Fixed it! I pulled the trigger back again, and then I could release the slide. I guess I'd reset it in my attempts.

Re: Glock reassembly - gone wrong
Yea the Gen 4 Glocks can be fun to reassemble...you gotta make sure the spring guide is seated properly before putting the slide back on the frame, otherwise this will happen.

Re: Glock reassembly - gone wrong
I had pretty much the exact same thing happen with a Beretta Nano.
Thought I had broken something. It came back apart though and went back together properly. I think I had to pull the trigger, but don't remember.
